I did a little bit of concepting for "Birthday," but my main role was creating custom typography for the cake lettering. "Happy" and "Birthday" are both custom lettering, while the rest of the text was based on the font used elsewhere in the spot. There are also Spanish and Portuguese versions out there somewhere, and I believe the other languages were just typed out from a font.
For "Year in Review" my role was mainly lighting comp variations, and my concept for the lighting of the first scene ended up getting used for the end result.
